Founded in 1964 by Ralph B. Cherry and Alvin Borges Sr., Commercial Shelving, Inc. has been a cornerstone of Hawaii’s business landscape for over 60 years. What began as a modest operation providing shelving solutions has grown into a multi-faceted company, still locally owned and operated, serving the unique needs of Hawaii’s commercial sector. Today, Commercial Shelving, Inc. is led by Ralph’s son, Mark Cherry, and Vice President Mike Tinoco, continuing the legacy of quality and innovation.
With the acquisition of State High Lift Services and the launch of CSI Builders, our company has expanded beyond shelving, offering comprehensive commercial construction services.
